Privacy notice
How Humanis handles the personal data you give us on this website.
Who we are
Mithril is a product of Humanis AI Ltd (“Humanis”, “we”), the controller of the personal data collected through mithrilsecurity.com. Humanis AI Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 16765273) at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, and with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZC165710). Contact: privacy@humanis.ai.
This notice covers this website. The Humanis privacy notice applies to everything it does not cover, including the safeguards for international transfers and your rights in full.
What we collect, and why
- Reserving a unit: your work email and the number of units. We use them to record your reservation and to contact you about it. Lawful basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
- Applying for the beta: your name, work email, organisation and industry, and, if you give them, your role, the uses you have in mind, how urgent it is, the number of sites, what you use today and what you need to protect. We use them to assess your application and to contact you about the beta. Lawful basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, which you can withdraw at any time; and steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
- Visiting the site: the technical data needed to deliver and secure it, such as your IP address, processed by our hosting provider. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising. It loads nothing from other companies’ servers: its fonts and scripts are served from this site.
Who handles it
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this site and receives the forms.
- Google provides our email: form entries are sent by email to the Humanis team.
- Cloudflare provides this domain’s DNS only. Your visits and form entries do not pass through it.
Each works under a contract that requires it to protect the data and to use it only on our instructions. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards in section 5 of the Humanis privacy notice. We do not sell personal data.
If you book a call through the link to Calendly, Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to the booking.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and beta details while we deal with them. If we then work with you, we keep them as business-contact data, for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact; otherwise we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@humanis.ai; we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
